Alexander Street Press is pleased to announce the appointment of  Julie Stevens as Asia-Pacific sales director with direct responsibility for driving growth across the region. Julie has more than 18 years’ experience in scholarly publishing, most recently as  West Asia Pacific sales director for ProQuest Information and Learning, a position she held for 10 years. Ms. Stevens has also worked for SilverPlatter Information in London and for library specialist Aldis in Australia. 

Stevens has a Bachelor of Arts (Library Studies & Information Management) from the University of South Australia, a Postgraduate Diploma in Information Studies from the University of Canberra and a Graduate Certificate of Business (Management) from the University of Ballarat.
